Three things that will never be behind the paywall
Whatever we end up charging for, these are not it.
Reading your own data
Your history is yours. If you stop paying, the ledger does not go dark — you can still open it, read it, and work from it.
Getting your data out
Export is a right, not a feature. We are not going to make leaving expensive, and we are not going to make it slow.
Keeping it private
No ads, no selling your spending history, no third party sitting between you and your money. That does not become a paid add-on.

Anything else, the contact form reaches a person rather than a queue.
Can I change tier later?
Yes, in either direction, and nothing you have recorded is affected. Moving down turns off the features that tier adds; your accounts, transactions, budgets, and history stay exactly where they are.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays yours and stays readable. Reading your own history and taking it with you are not things we will ever put behind a price. You lose the features of the tier, not the ledger.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You can create an account, add every account you own, and run your money on the Free tier without entering payment details at any point.
Is the price per person or per household?
Per account. One workspace, one price. If you are tracking money for a household or a small business and need something shaped differently, tell us — we are early enough to build for it.
