Terms
Last updated
MoneyOps 360 is in beta. These terms describe what you can expect from us and what we expect from you while it is.
Your account
You need an account to use the app, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure. One account owns one private workspace.
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to access anyone else's workspace.
Your data belongs to you
You own everything you enter. We store and process it to provide the service and for no other purpose — see the privacy page for the detail.
You can delete your account, and its data, at any time.
This is not financial advice
The app tracks and explains your own money. Its insights, budgets, and assistant answers are informational — they are not financial, tax, investment, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for a professional who knows your full situation.
Financial decisions you make using the app remain yours.
Beta service
While in beta the service is provided free and as-is. Features may change, and there may be interruptions while we are building.
We take your data seriously and back it up, but during beta you should not treat this app as your only record of anything that matters legally or financially.
Pricing
Nothing is charged today and no payment details are collected. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce it before it takes effect, and you will never be charged without agreeing to it first.
Ending things
You can stop using the service and delete your account whenever you like.
We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service or harm other people.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, ask us on the contact page before agreeing to it.
